Non-Custom Products

Returns for eligible items must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the item is in unused and resalable condition with its original packaging.

Clothing items sold under the Stunnique follow this specific return policy:

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. The first day of the return window starts when tracking shows the item was delivered. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of submitting the return request to qualify for a full refund.

Split Package Orders

If your order was delivered in multiple packages, the return window starts once the final package has been delivered.

Restocking Fee

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the return entirely.
